Support Chat enables you to communicate directly with the TeleChart support department, getting your questions answered without having to leave the program. To use support chat simply click the Support button at the top of the screen.

This will launch your web browser and take you to the chat support page at www.worden.com. Type in your question and click the Ask Support button. This will log you into the support server and you will be helped by the next available technical support agent. Our support hours are M-F from 9am-9pm ET and Sat from 9am-3pm ET. During these hours you should received a reply within a minute or two.
