You can update your entire TeleChart databank over the Internet each market day and during the market day as well with fresh 20-minute delayed data.
When you update your databank, you can update your Personal Criteria Formulas by clicking the option button beside Automatically update personal criteria following download. This will recalculate your personal criteria based on the most recent data available.
Downloading via the Internet:
Click Databank | Update via Internet from the menu to bring up the Update TeleChart dialog.
Choose if you want to update your PCFs.
Click Update. The speed of the download will depend on your the speed of your connection and Internet traffic. We have one of the fastest sites available, but there may be bottlenecks elsewhere in the system. Processing time once the download is complete will vary from computer to computer depending on the processor, RAM, etc.
You can update your TeleChart databank as often as you want during the market day. Our server is updated every minute so there is always fresh data available when the market is open.
